52100 Carbon Steel Knives

The ball bearing steel is a high-carbon alloy steel known for its excellence in wear resistance, toughness, and ability to retain a sharp edge. The chromium content enhances hardening ability and wear resistance, while the high carbon content provides exceptional edge retention. The gray colored blades have been stonewashed to protect the blade from corrosion and rusting. The satin colored blades have not been stonewashed.
